• Products can only be returned if you can provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or verified order) showing that the item was bought from our clinic.

• Returns will only be accepted when the customer visits our clinic in person. We do not accept courier or third-party returns.

 

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition.

• Perishable items (such as pet food, supplements, or treats) and personal care products (like shampoos, medicines, or grooming supplies) cannot be returned once opened.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

 

Time Frame

• Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase along with proof of purchase.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

• Eligible returns can be exchanged for another product of equal value, or a refund can be issued according to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

 

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened food items, medicines, or supplements.

• Grooming products once used.

• Live animals and adopted pets.
